Virtual Therapy for Personal Growth and Healing

I offer virtual therapy to give you flexibility, accessibility, and convenience. My approach is integrative and experiential. Integrative means the therapy is flexible and holistic and blends techniques from various therapeutic models to meet your unique needs. Specifically, I draw from experiential approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and psychodynamic therapy, as well as mindfulness practices. This blend allows us to address the interconnected aspects of your experience — mind, body, and emotions — creating a dynamic framework for exploration and healing.

My goal as a therapist is to help you explore your inner world, resolve emotional conflicts, and develop practical tools for personal growth. A personalized and person-centred approach makes it possible to align the therapeutic process to your goals, values, and preferences, with the intent to build self-awareness, reduce shame, and increase your ability to feel self-compassion.

Based in Toronto and serving Ontario, I am a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy. I offer a 30 minute online session, free of charge, to explore your therapy needs and goals. Contact me at louhampsontherapy@gmail.com
